Beyond her health struggles, Sarita was an amazing person—happy, strong, energetic, and compassionate. She was a loving daughter, sister, cousin, and best friend to many and has now left a great void in our lives. Sarita was always a source of strength for her family and friends. Despite the challenges she faced, her positive spirit inspired everyone around her. Her happiness and desire to live life to the fullest was always felt by everyone around her.

Despite Sarita’s determined effort to fight ILD with every bone in her body, she sadly lost the battle this morning. We’re reaching out to seek assistance for Sarita’s wish to have a memorial at her father’s resting place In Dallas, TX and to transport her to Cameron, AZ for burial beside her grandmother.
