Memorial Beach Table for Samantha.

Hi,

My name is Selena and I am hoping to raise

some funds to cover the cost of having a

memorial table built and placed at Fisherman’s

Beach, Collaroy. This is to remember my

beautiful daughter Samantha who tragically died last year on August 30th. She was suffering from the effects of alcohol addiction and died very

unexpectedly just 3 days before her 23rd

birthday.

My family and I are absolutely devastated and

would like to honour her with this small wooden

table to be placed at Fisherman’s Beach

between Collaroy Beach and Long Reef Beach

where Samantha used to go often. She

practiced and filmed her fire poi at this beach, which can be seen on her YouTube channel, PoiGirl. Samantha loved the natural beauty of the Northern Beaches and spent many hours filming and photographing the spectacular uniqueness of this area. 

The Northern Beaches Council have approved

the table but the cost of it plus the plaque is

challenging for me to achieve on my own. The photos below show a very similar table that is

already near the site I have chosen, and the last photos show the 

actual site for Samantha’s Table.
