Hi, my name is Brittney Pelrine and I’m starting this fundraiser for a beautiful memorial bench for my father, Jeff Pelrine, who passed away on Tuesday, October 31st. He fought a long and difficult battle with addiction. He was caring, sweet, hilarious and loved by so many. Due to him being cremated and no services, we think it’s right to have this bench installed in his hometown (Holbrook,MA) so all his friends and family have a spot to sit and talk and reminisce. Most have not been able to say goodbye and this is what he would have wanted. All funds donated will be used to purchase a 6 ft. premium wood grain bench, a 3x10 black and silver plaque, and to cover the town fee to get it installed. This bench will mean so much to so many. Any donation helps. Even if you could just share it to your page it would be greatly appreciated. Any extra donations will be used towards t-shirts and candles for the upcoming vigil. First off I’ve never made one of these before so bare with me, the goal price keeps changing because I started an organization for Addiction & Overdose awareness. I’ll post the link of the community app at the end of this. Most of what we’ve been talking about is on my profile page on there. My brother and I don’t have the money to do this and we want to let our grandparents not have to worry about anything. I’ll be getting people into detoxes, be their sponsor when programs are completed and also taking this to the higher ups. We want sweatshirts custom made for him along with his signature beanies ! I want them made for everyone there will be a candlelight vigil at Sanctuary Church in Mansfield, I will post the date and time in less than a week. Then go out to eat or anywhere, tell endless
Stories because I never want him to be forgotten. At the church I will be giving everyone lanyards with narcan and his funeral card. It’s the hardest time of year for him to leave this earth right before thanksgiving , his 48th birthday and then Christmas but he would be so happy seeing everyone celebrating him.
