Thank you all for thoughts, prayers, love and your unbelievable generosity during this difficult time for our family. The support we have seen has been nothing short of amazing. I know my dad would be so happy to see how we will be able to help some kids play basketball for the next 6-8 months. Thank you, all from the bottom of our hearts.

Denny Erhart passed away tragically and unexpectedly January 15,2024. Denny was a basketball lover and loved going to all the local gyms to watch his grandkids play. He loved one organization a little more than the rest, Indy Hoops. Three of his grand kids have played for and continue to play for this great organization. They have done multiple summer camps, winter camps, training and everything else they have to offer the kids. Many people have reached out and asked of organizations they could donate to in his memory. And the first thing that came to our mind was "Grampie would want to give it back to his basketball family and the kids." With the blessing of Indy Hoops, we have set up this fund to donate 100% of the proceeds to help as many kids as possible play on a team, buy a uniform, go to a week of the summer camp, or any way else we can make help make this great organization reach as many kids as possible.

The world has truly lost a one-of-a-kind person in Denny. He really was the absolute best and to know him was to love him and I’m sure he loved you right back. We know he is smiling from above knowing that we can maybe help just one kid fall in love with basketball.
