Memorial Costs for the family of Jared Moore
On Wednesday, February 13th, Jared Moore of Norristown, PA was admitted to the hospital for what he originally thought was appendicitis. During his visit to the ER he was diagnosed with diverticulitis and on Friday the 15th underwent an emergency procedure to repair a perforation in his colon.
His recovery from the surgery was initially deemed a success and his outlook was positive. But on Tuesday the 19th he started having severe complications and underwent a second emergency surgery. During the surgery Jared suffered from what is believed to have been a pulmonary embolism and, quite shockingly and unexpectedly, passed away.
Jared leaves behind a loving wife, Justine (Maines) Moore and three sons: Tristan, Trent and Nathan; his mother Patricia, his brother Chris, family and countless others who all considered him a brother -- because merely calling him a friend is not enough. His life was cut far too short. Unfairly so.
Jared's wife and children were not prepared for a life without him and while no amount of money can bring a person back and give them the time on this Earth that they deserve, this fundraiser is being done to help alleviate the final expenses associated with a memorial service and alterations to the lives of Justine and their children. Any funds over and above those initially needed will go towards the needs for the boys' educations and the expenses for Justine and the boys to live without their loving father.
Justine has given me permission to set this up for her and her family. We appreciate your assistance and positivity during this very trying time.
