Memorial Day Flags for Bluff City Cemetery

The Elgin Patriotic Memorial Association has worked in cooperation with the City of Elgin since 1892 to plan the city's Memorial Day Program. We are in dire need of donations to replace more than 500 ageing and taterred flags for the award winning Avenue of Flags at Bluff City Cemetery. 100% of all donations will go toward the purchase of Flags.
