Memorial For Beautiful Baby Levi

Dear Family and Friends,

It is with extreme sadness that I announce the passing of Levi Cady.

For all those who know my family it’s been a tragic time especially for my sister Leah and her longtime boyfriend Ian.

During my sister's pregnancy we received devastating news that Levi had a fatal condition called Fetal Multicystic Dysplastic Kidney disease, it’s a rare condition that prevents the kidneys from functioning properly; along with heart and lung complications.

My nephew Levi was born on June 30th, 2023 at UCLA Medial Center, he was perfect in every way, unfortunately he was taken too soon from all our lives.

The short time he was with us he touched our souls forever and the love that surrounded him will always be there.

He will always be my sister and Ian’s son, our nephew, a cousin and grandson.

The endured pain that my sister and Ian have gone through is one that is extremely challenging and difficult to understand.

In efforts to ease the burden of the funeral cost and memorial we are raising money for our beloved Levi to have a proper burial.
