Memorial for Brian Wooten

The Memorial for Brian Wooten will be April 2, 2022 at Noon. the location is Deco Familia Rosecrans Funeral Home located at 8545 Rosecrans Ave, Paramount, CA 90723
  
 So everyone understands this is not a NEW gofundme but a continuation of the original gofundme. I started the first gofundme after being asked by multiple friends what would be done for services. I wanted to make sure it was taken care of. The gofundme was started with every intention of the money made from donations being given to the next of kin for the funeral arrangements. I sent the link to the family first, but they asked for it to be taken down. They claimed full financial responsibility and wanted to plan the services themselves without outside help.

 

I've been in touch with the family, and services will be in Texas. His family is from Texas. In response, A few of Brians's close personal friends and I have decided to still have a memorial here in California in his honor. When, where, and many other details have yet to be determined, but everyone will know via social media once decisions are made.

 

The money generated from the gofundme before I still have and I've been waiting to see what the family's wishes were before proceeding. If you've donated to the first gofundme you do not need to feel obligated to contribute to this one as it continues the previous. Not new

 

I have so much to say and no way to phrase it. I'm still very much at a loss for words, but ill do my best. Brian was one of my closest friends who always offered some of the best advice; He was one of the wittiest people, always quick to make you laugh and smile even if you had a bad day. He had a way of making it better; Life isn't going to be the same without him. I have so much more to say, but this has honestly been hard enough to write. I'm fortunate to have known him, and I'm going to miss him.
