Memorial for Derek the female Goose

As many know Derek sadly died and she was part of our town of Watchet for such a long time. It has been decided we need a memorial - a bronze to fall in line with Captain Jack and The Ancient Mariner. I have just put a figure in as it asked but i am not really sure of the cost yet.
