Dillon was born on April 5th, 1998, on Majuro atoll in the Marshall Islands and was adopted by his loving parents, Matthew and May MacGregor, who reside in Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Matthew and survived by his mother May, his two brothers, Collin and Trevlan. Dillon graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and went on to attend Texas Tech University to pursue a Degree in Communications Studies with a minor in Marketing. He had about 2 remaining semesters of classes remaining before the completion of his degree.
Dillon was a person who was full of life and love. He loved skiing, hanging out with his friends and family, and watching/playing football and baseball. He especially loved camping and being outdoors. He was a great cook and had a passion for creating his own cuisines. Dillon, along with his family, vacationed to Disney every year as their family tradition. He will be remembered not only as a true Red Raider at Texas Tech University but as a highly spirited, loyal, caring, goofy friend to so many. He will be deeply missed.
A funeral and celebration of life memorial will be hosted in Dallas, TX on Monday, December 20th. Details will be provided on these events separately to friends and family or if you can also reach out to the organizer for location details.

Hi, my name is Collin MacGregor. I am Dillon's older brother and will be managing this GoFundMe. These funds will be used for the following purposes:
- Setting aside money for a physical memorial/plaque at a publicly accessible location in Dallas, TX where friends and family can visit him. We plan to find a location where the donation for the physical memorial will benefit a Dallas-based organization.
- Covering a portion of funeral expenses and logistics
- Covering a portion of travel expenses for the immediate family
