The world became brighter when she was born on May 6, 1959 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She was the daughter of Charlie Carlos Colon. She moved to the United States to study law like her father.
She enjoyed the beach and fishing, but most of all she enjoyed time with her granddaughter Luna.
