My name is Philliss, your managing agent for 315 West 70th Street. I am fundraising for the family of Ilir Stafa. He is survived by his wife Loreta, daughter Emily and son Jason.

Stafa was a beloved employee for 23 years and significantly impacted those who knew him. One of the things that will be greatly missed is his warm and caring personality and his ability to make those around him smile.
