Memorial for Officer E. Serrano

On Sunday August 6th 2023 Senior Correctional Police Officer E. Serrano lost his life while working at Garden State Youth Correctional Facility. He leaves be hind his two sons, family and friends. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He started his career with a New Jersey Department, Corrections in December 2007. His mother will be looking over his children and will need some assistance with funeral expenses and care of his children. Please consider donating and helping this family.
