Memorial for Robert Stubbs Jr.

On Friday, November 25th, our dear brother in blue CBPO Robert Stubbs Jr. was unexpectedly called home. He was on shift Wednesday morning and was rushed to the Emergency room mid-day. By evening, his organs began to fail and he was placed a ventilator in ICU.

From Wednesday to Friday night with family, friends and coworkers by his side, he fought hard to regain his strength. His spirit was willing to continue on but his physical body needed eternal rest.

CBPO Robert Stubbs Jr. began his Customs & Border Protection career in March 2010 with the FLETC graduating class #275.

Throughout his CBP Career, he has been assigned to Passenger Operations, the PERT Team, TTRT and was currently assigned as the IMF adjudicator.

Stubbs always had a good outlook on life. When you were down, he would always listen and offer advice. He was really good with one liners and would always find a way to crack a joke. His comedic energy would always light up the room.

No matter where he went, he ALWAYS had on a pair of sunglasses! He was never one to complain about work but would always just make it work. He was an absolute joy to be around.

His untimely passing has left a tremendous hole in the hearts of his family, friends & LAX CBP family.

His memory will be cherished forever by his loving wife Mayra, his precious daughter Briana, family friends and co-workers.
