Memorial for Trina Mills

As most of you know our sister Trina Mills passed away unexpectedly on December 4th in her home in Hartford CT. Her passing was an extreme shock to the family as it was only 23 days after our sister Terin Mills lost her battle with ovarian cancer. We have decided to postpone the memorial for Trina till January so the family could have more time to process and better cope with the passing of our 2 beautiful sisters.
Trina will be cremated next week and we would like to have a memorial in Hartford for her in January and then we would like to have a second memorial for her in Paducah, KY where we grew up. Either in late January or on her birthday, February 12th. From there we will take Trina's ashes to our family cemetery in Illinois to scatter a portion of her ashes where our mother was laid to rest.
Trina was more than just a supportive and caring sister. She was a loyal and loving friend to so many and a wonderful Aunt to all of her Nieces and Nephews. After mom died Trina thought she had to look after everyone herself. She did everything she could to help and support her brothers and sisters. Even moving Terin into her home in Hartford so she could get better access to cancer treatments. It's hard to find the words to fully explain the immense loss we are experiencing.
We are starting this Gofundme campaign so we can give Trina the celebration of life memorial she deserves. Unfortunately at this time we aren't able to do this ourselves so soon after taking care of Terin and having her memorial.
Thank you to everyone for all of the support you have shown to our family. We've received countless calls and messages from friends, family and complete strangers expressing so much love for Trina. Your condolences and the love you have shared with us means the world to us. We are extremely grateful and appreciative! Thank you!
