Memorial for Unexpected Loss

With deep regret and sadness in my heart, I want you to know we suddenly and unexpectedly lost Sharron Alvarez, mother of Tanya and Chris, wife of Eddie, and dear friend to all.  She passed away on July 22, 2023, as it was her first grandson Jacob’s 30th bday, and she was in her daughter Tanya’s arms.  Sharron had just nursed her husband Eddie back to health, when she thought she was just tired, it turns out she had aggressive Leukemia.  Sharron was born and raised in  SGV and was a teacher for over 20 years at   Cal Poly Pomona and Christ Lutheran school in West Covina. If you knew Sharron, you know how sweet and loving she was to all, the best listener you can ask for.   So many have reached out on how they can help, so we thought this would be the best way.  Thank you for your support, family friend, Emma Gallegos
