Memorial fund for Allysen Titus

Allysen plowed through life with an autoimmune liver disease that required her to be placed on the liver transplant list.   Unexpectedly and miraculously she was told that a liver match had been found and that she was going to get a liver the next day.   She excitedly prepared overnight for a new life, free of ER visits, ICU admissions, countless blood draws and MRIs.  More importantly, she dreamed of limitless energy to spend time with her beautiful 9 year old daughter.  

Allysen entered the operating room with new hopes and dreams but she never came out to live them as her body surrendered that day in the operating room.

She had no living mother or father.  No spouse. No siblings or grandparents. But she had us.  We are her family here at the office.  And we are all working together to help set up a memorial fund to cover her funeral expenses but more importantly, to help cover her daughter as she grows up without a mother.

(We will be using the funds initially to pay for her funeral expenses and the remainder will all be used to directly benefit her daughter, either in a trust or education fund.)

(I will be in charge of final expenses.  I am a Head and Neck surgeon in Houston, TX and Allysen had worked in my office for many years.  I assure you that all funds will be spent for the sole purpose of assisting in Allysen's funeral or her daughter's future.)
