Memorial Fund for Baby Adalynn Sue Lockett

As many of you already know, Julie and Sammy Lockett lost their beautiful baby girl, Adalynn Sue, on Thursday, November 18, 2021 due to a tragic car accident. Julie, only a few weeks away from her due date, was driving home from running a few errands when a van pulled out in front of her causing a horrible car accident and changing their lives forever.

The force of the impact was too great and caused Julie's uterus to rupture. Julie was rushed into emergency surgery, but sadly the baby did not survive.

Although we are all very heartbroken over the loss of Adalynn Sue, we are extremely grateful that Julie's life was spared. Julie lost a lot of blood and they were forced to perform a hysterectomy in order to save her life.

So many generous and loving friends and family have asked how they could help. Of course, first and foremost, Julie and Sammy covet your prayers. They ask that you continue to keep them in your prayers over the coming days and months.

But to be completely honest, there is an immediate financial need. They would like to be able to have a memorial service for Baby Adalynn, but do not have the funds to do so at this time. Therefore, we are asking those who want to help to please donate to this memorial fund. I hope that we can raise the goal amount (or exceed the goal amount) so that Julie and Sammy can take this time to grieve and heal and not be burdened with financial worries during this most difficult time for their family.
