We are graciously asking for people to come together and support the Ross family.
On Mother’s Day this family experienced the most tragic accident imaginable. I’m going to be very frank about the whole thing, the family more than anything wants to raise awareness and hopefully come up with a solution so that this never has to happen to anyone’s child ever again.
On Mother’s Day 11 month old Ryder got trapped under the couch recliner, trapped in a way that nobody could see or hear him. This was a tragic accident. Ryder was down for quit sometime before he was found, the medics were able to get a pulse back before transporting him, and Ryder put up a really good fight, for a few weeks. Even amazed dr’s. But while his body was healing his brain was not. And I am heartbroken to say that, baby Ryder went home on May 26, 2022 Baby Ryders mom and dad had to make the toughest decision these past few, very long weeks. Decisions that parents shouldn’t ever have to make.
Mom and dad have been very strong for one another. But obviously with everything that has happened they have both been out of work. Not to mention mom was due to start a new job the day after Mother’s Day. Unfortunately and fortunately life still goes on. Even when you lose a child and it feels like your world has stopped.
Ryder is survived by, Mom Nicaela and Dad Josh and he has two amazing older sisters, Olivia 10 and Aubree 3.
We are asking for support for them as they mourn the loss of their son. The last thing we want for this family is to have to worry about a bill or going into debt over this. Whatever you can donate, to not make this a constant reminder through these tough times.
Life still goes on and they still have 2 little girls that they need to help through this as painlessly as possible, and we all know how the stress of finances can put weight on a family. The family is so grateful to everyone who has stepped up and stepped in. And is grateful to anyone who can help make this process less of a burden as their family mourns.
