Memorial Fund for Barbara Johnson

Barbara Johnson was a remarkable person, loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She raised five kids, and had 13 grandkids, and 16 great-grandkids. She helped countless families while working for Head Start, creating friendships that lasted a lifetime. Barbara was committed to her faith as a long time member of the Christian Science church. She enjoyed working in the Reading Room and was the Head of Sunday school for many years. She made a lot of friends there. She had a life well-lived, teaching her loved ones to enjoy the outdoors, play hard, and sweeten life up with delicious treats. She was everyone's biggest supporter, letting them know that they were talented, smart and could do anything they wanted to do. Most of all she put so much love into this world that we will surely feel it for the rest of our lives. She will be greatly missed.
