Memorial Fund for Danny Bass

Our Cleveland film family has lost a very important member and friend, Danny Bass. Everyone who knew him, knew he was a force larger than life. He touched everyone he met with his positive energy and caring attitude. You instantly felt like you were his best friend.  His love for acting was unparalleled. He was a generous and giving soul, whether giving his all on a project or  giving advice to a novice actor or cheering on a fellow castmate.  Always. We would like to further the impact he already has made in the acting community by creating an award in his honor to be given at one of his most-loved events, the Cleveland 48 Hour Film Festival.  With any additional donations, we will set up a fund to help the  winning team get to Filmapoolaza, something he was able to participate in for the last several years and which he cherished.  We know it would bring his spirit great joy to be a part of it once again.
