Memorial Fund for George Jonte-Crane
On Tuesday, August 3, 2021 we lost a gentle and kind soul. George Jonte-Crane passed away, leaving behind so many friends and family that will miss him and grieve for his loss.
As friends of Paul and George, we would like to ask for help for Paul, as no one who is grieving the loss of a life-long partner should have to deal with the financial burdens of funeral and medical expenses. George had been in the hospital for the past month, leaving behind substantial medical bills.
George was active at numerous local churches, including First United Methodist Church of Ann Arbor , Temple Emanu-El, and First United Methodist Church of Troy, where he played piano and directed choir. George also loved to sing with his brothers at PRISM - Gay Men & Allies' Chorus of Metro Detroit .
George and Paul were generous with their time and love, and we would ask for your generosity in helping Paul in his time of grief and need with any donation you can spare.
