Memorial Fund for Justin Liss

I am creating this go fund me page on behalf of my niece Nicole and her 2 year old daughter Charlotte.

In mid August of this year, the love of Nicole's life Justin was diagnosed with Covid-19. He was moved from a local hospital into Boston for more invasive care after being placed on a vent. While battling this infection it progressed into pneumonia and lead to many other complications. The doctors and nurses at Brigham and Woman's hospital worked tirelessly to help his body overcome the illness. Unfortunately, yesterday September 13, 2021 Justin lost his battle. He died peacefully with Nicole by his side.

At just 42 years old, this loss is beyond devastating. Nicole and Justin share a two year old daughter who was the light of Justin's life. He had a smile that was genuinely full of love and pride. His love for his family unparalleled. He was a rock and pillar to his family. Justin was Nicole's soul mate. He was her world, her best friend. They had so many amazing things planned for their future. The looked forward to getting married, buying a house, taking family vacations and living life to the fullest. It is truly heartbreaking to know that those things will never happen and that a child has to grow up without her Dad who she absolutely adored.

The funds raised by this page will go to Justin's family to help with medical expenses, funeral expenses but also to relieve them of any financial burden in the days to come as they navigate through this very difficult time.
