Memorial Fund for Kevin Jiang

Kevin was a beloved member of so many communities here in New Haven.  He  was active in Trinity Baptist Church, The New Haven Salsa Group, Rivendell Institute, a veteran of the US Army, a National Guard Reservist, and enrolled in the School of the Environment at Yale University.   He was engaged to his beloved fiancée Zion.   He had much to look forward to.  As a community, we are grieving deeply right now. But Kevin lived by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Above all he looked forward to Jesus' promise of the resurrection from the dead. Though his earthly life was cut short, he used the time that he had on earth to the fullest. His example inspires us to do the same.

We have set up this Gofundme to cover the cost of any supports and services his family may need as a result of this traumatic loss, and to give his family time and ability to make decisions in the coming months without financial pressure.  Kevin's family was deeply important to him and we desire to support them as he did in this difficult season.   Kevin's mother will be in charge of the final expenses, and these funds will be given directly to her in Kevin's memory.
