Memorial for Kris Lorusso

We're raising a memorial fund for our friend, Kristofer Taylor Lorusso, from Mineola New York.

Kris was a beloved son, brother, partner, friend, cousin, and neighbor. He was a teacher, artist, activist, cancer survivor, and a deeply caring person. He was extremely kindhearted and generous. Kris was full of life and his passing is a tragic shock to his loved ones. We will all miss him tremendously.

 

Kris taught mathematics in New York City public schools for over 10 years. He was recently a Bronx charter school and special needs educator throughout the pandemic. He was so dedicated to each student he taught and shared his brilliance with so many people in service of his community.

 

Funds raised will go directly to Kris' mother Lori in loving memory and will help his family alleviate funeral expenses.
