Memorial Fund for Loretta Merida

On Sunday November 24th my family experienced the sudden and devastating loss of my grandmother Loretta. She had recently undertaken the responsibility of being the sole caretaker for my mother, her daughter, who was diagnosed last year with advanced stage liver failure. This loss has not only devastated my mother and family, but added a level of financial strain that no person should have to contend with when losing a parent.

This GoFundMe has been set up on behalf of my mother Tammy to help with the unexpected funeral expenses that come from sudden loss, and to alleviate the stress while she continues to navigate an unpredictable disease. My grandmother was a beloved grandma, mother, and sister in our family. Our only hope is that we may say goodbye to her in a way that she deserves.
