Memorial Fund for Sarah Thurston

Hello everyone, this is not something I ever thought I would need to do. My amazing, vibrant, kind, sister Sarah has died. She passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on April 19th in her sleep.

Sarah leaves behind 3 wonderful kiddos. The twins Aedre and Tyrran turn 10 on April 21st and Inara is turning 7 on May 15th.

Sarah had the most infectious smile and even after everything she had been through the last two years she was still her bubbly, smiley self. She loved her kids with every fiber of her being and would've done and did do everything she could to be able to raise them as well as she could.

She was a deeply empathetic person and spent lots of time educating herself and advocating for any and all who needed justice and fairness in the world.

I have created this GoFundMe me to help cover the costs of her cremation and celebration of life and to hopefully be able to set aside any leftover funds for the kids. As Sarah was on disability she did not have life insurance.

We will be having a celebration of life but as this is so new plans are still being made.

If you're able to spare anything towards helping our family and her amazing kids we would appreciate it more than I can say. All funds will be distributed to my parents for them to use towards cremation and end of life expenses as they are numerous and extremely expensive, once those have been covered if we're able to raise any excess, the funds will be set aside for anything the kids may need as they transition through this incredibly difficult time.

Sarah was so loved by all her family and friends. She was my big sister and now she's gone and I just feel so broken.
