Memorial fund for SGT Josh Bartlett’s Family
It is with a heavy heart that this page is being set up. SGT Joshua Bartlett was the Assistant Commander of the LCSO SWAT team, and an amazing, loyal, and dedicated husband, father, baseball coach, instructor, mentor, and friend.
SGT Bartlett was a United States Army veteran, who served two combat tours to Iraq with the 10th Mountain, and was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was passionate about serving his local and law enforcement communities and personified what it means to be a true professional.
He was selfless with his time, always pouring into others or at home with his beloved family.
The impact of his loss is being felt not only in West Texas but across the nation. Details of this horrific event can be found on local news stations online.
Due to the rawness and severity of the circumstances, we have chosen to not add the details of his loss to this page. We want this to be a comforting place for his family to read words of encouragement and love.
This page will be continuously updated with more about Josh, and the amazing life he lead, and photos. For now, we wanted to get this out so those who do not wish to go through Vista bank have a way to support this family.
Please keep Bartlett’s family in your prayers—blood and blue. He is deeply missed and we will never forget the impact he made on so many around this nation.
Thank you for your donations, prayers, good thoughts, and any comments you wish to leave his sweet family.
We have also set up a Venmo account, for those that wish to donate directly to them with no “charge” taken out by the fundraising platform.
The Venmo handle is @Bartlett_2deltazulu
Blessings,

*I am the wife of a SWAT team member and in direct contact with Mrs. Bartlett. All funds will be deposited directly into the Vista account or withdrawn by me and given to her directly. This page was set up with her blessing. Thank you all.
