Memorial Fund for Yohn Family

On December 2nd, 2019, my Brother Jim was diagnosed with a stage 4 inoperable Glioblastoma brain tumor. The remaining time that Jim stays with us will be difficult as his life nears end. His neurologist has informed us that he will probably not survive but another 3 months at most. She described his brain tumor as, "really bad". Based on her professional experience and insight, we expect him to leave this earth around the February/March 2020 time frame if not sooner. We will cherish every moment we can with him and encourage visitors if you choose to.
Jim is currently in Skilled Nursing Care at Pleasant View Nursing Home located at 544 N Penryn Rd, Manheim, PA 17545.
Unfortunately, Jim provided a great deal of his families income. So this campaign is in support of his wife Sherry. Jim's income will end on December 31, 2019. We are currently attempting to obtain some funding income through social security (SSI/SSDI) in hopes Sherry will continue to receive some money while Jim is alive. Ultimately, Jim will leave us and the medical bills will continue to fill their mailbox. We know that there will be many and probably with high balances due.
Jim and Sherry have two children, Ryan & Heather as well as 3 grandchildren which they love to spoil.
Jim's Neurologist has told us that he is in no pain and cannot comprehend his condition.
We are asking for any donations that you are comfortable making and we will accept all the prayers you send our families way.
I have started and organize this campaign, however the funding disbursement is in complete control of Sherry.
Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and consideration.
Be Blessed.
