Memorial Fund to Support the Family of Michael Pamonicutt II

Donation protected
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Michael Pamonicutt III, “Kāēqc Anahkwat,” on September 28, 2024, at the age of 30. Michael was a dedicated father, son, brother, and community member who touched many lives. He worked hard to serve his people, graduating from the College of Menominee Nation and the BIA Indian Police Academy before joining the Menominee Indian Tribal Police Force.

Michael’s love for his heritage and community was evident in everything he did. He was a champion grass dancer and a passionate advocate for the Menominee Nation. Outside of work, he was a devoted father to his two boys, Marcus and DaLin, with another child on the way. His hard exterior hid a heart of gold, and he was always there for his family and friends, whether through his incredible cooking or simply being present.

We are raising $20,000 to help cover the costs of Michael’s memorial services and to support his girlfriend and children during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will be greatly appreciated and will go directly toward honoring his memory and supporting his family.

Traditional services will take place at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, with visitation beginning Tuesday, October 1, at 4:00 p.m., and services continuing until Thursday. Your support in helping us give Michael the farewell he deserves means the world to us.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time.

With love and gratitude,
The Pamonicutt Family
