Memorial Funds for the Nunez Family

Hi my name is Amy. I am fundraising for the family of Brandon Nunez a 16-year-old boy from Irmo South Carolina. Brandon tragically lost his life in a terrible car accident on July 15, 2023. Brandon was my daughter Ava’s boyfriend of 1 year. Ava was also in the vehicle involved in the accident. The car lost control and flipped over 5-6 times and landed in a pond where it became fully submerged. My daughter narrowly made it out of the sunk car to the surface, Brandon saw her come up out the water and came to try and help her, they were both struggling to stay above water and make it to safety, Ava turned to check on him and Brandon had went under and never resurfaced. This fundraiser is important to me because Brandon’s mom is a single mother who has lost her only son and three little girls have lost their big brother. Brandon was a sweet, smart, kind and funny young man, he was my daughter's best friend and her first love. He saved her life in that water and he will forever be a hero to me and my family.

All of the money that is raised is going directly to Brandon's mom and sisters for the Memorial Service, Headstone and any other expenses or needs.
