Memorial funeral for Mark Brodeur

Hi, my name is John Davey Brodeur. I am doing a fundraising to help with the cost of the memorial for Mark. As you all know Mark was one of a kind. When we meet in 1998 the second I opened my front door I was in love. Mark and I after that first date we were in so much love and was together ever since. Mark always had that look on his face as being so serious but then he would crack a smile and that smile was one in a million. People that knew him loved him and cared for him, Mark was so unselfish in life. Mark would do anything to help out someone and was a true friend to many. When Mark in 2022 was in the hospital for 7 weeks I was with him twice a day and we would just sit together and him knowing I was there was what he needed. When Mark came home he was confined to a wheelchair and I would do anything and everything for him.

Mark would always get upset for he only came out of the house to see me doing the garden once or twice. Mark would always say its not fair that you have to take care of me. I would tell him that it is what love is I would never stop taking care of you. Even after being pronounced deceased I was holding him so tight so he would know I will always be by your side. Mark and I would have been married 25 years in August 9th. Mark and I our love was one of a kind we were so compatible in so many ways. People would always say I can see the love that you both have and some would say they only wish to have that love. I will always remember Mark was so into old cars and he would talk about cars and i would always see a car and Mark would know what kind it was right away he had a memory like an elephant. Mark will be so missed by myself and family and friends.

We never thought anything like this would happen so Mark never took out any life insurance polices.

I am meeting 2 funeral homes Monday so have to Monday make the final arrangements.
