Memorial service for Charlotte

Hi, my name is Stephani and I am fundraising for my dear cousin Julia and her family. Julia’s daughter Charlotte was born on 4/3 via emergency c-section at 31 weeks. She was diagnosed at 23 weeks with non immune fetal hydrops which is fluid accumulation in more than one spot in her body. Upon her birth, she was diagnosed with chylothorax which caused lymphatic fluid to leak into her lungs. Despite the doctors best efforts, Charlotte’s condition overtook her on May 2, 2023. Julia, along with her husband and two year old daughter, had moved to Tennessee at the beginning of Julia’s pregnancy (prior to Charlotte’s diagnosis) which used a large amount of their financial resources. The intention of this fundraiser is to raise funds for a memorial service for Charlotte so that Julia, her husband, and small daughter can find closure and attempt to heal after this tragedy. Any additional funds will go to monthly bills that have piled up while Charlotte’s parents were with her in the hospital or outstanding medical bills from Charlotte’s time in the NICU.
