Memorial Service for Cody Eichelberger

Cody passed away unexpectedly on Saturday August 22, 2020. I am Cody's older brother and we are setting this up to bring Cody home from Hawaii and to make plans for a celebration of life. We appreciate any contribution that can be made. I will be receiving all the donations and will be ensuring that all of the proceeds will be going towards getting him home, funeral arrangements and for his celebration of life benefit.
He was born May 18, 1991 in Dunkirk New York, the son of Beth (Cindy) Furlan of Fredonia New York and Samuel Eichelberger of Merritt Island Florida. He attended Fredonia Elementary and Middle Schools and graduated from Fredonia High School in 2009, where he was a member of the basketball team. After graduation he enlisted in the US Airforce and served from 2010 to 2018. He is currently enrolled in Leeward College in Honolulu HI.
Cody continued to play basketball throughout is life. While stationed in Germany he played Intramural Basketball, he was also a big Buffalo Bills fan.
Everyone who met Cody loved him, he was an amazing young man with a pure soul and will be sadly missed.
Cody is survived by his parents Beth (Cindy) Furlan and Samuel Eichelberger, his brother Bradley Eichelberger, Megan Carr, and his nephews Lincoln, Zeke, Jackson.
His is also survived by his girlfriend Laura Vaca of Kailua HI and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins
A Celebration of Life will be held at a date to be determined.
