Memorial Services for Benny Pacheco

Hi, my name is Marie Shute, and I am the Sister of my Beloved Brother, Benny Pacheco. Sadly, Benny passed away on November 24, 2022, Thanksgiving Evening in his sleep. Over his lifetime, he struggled with alcoholism. Benny was in various programs to improve himself and did succeed for a good part of his life. He passed at the early age of 38, survived by myself, his older sister and his younger brother Robert. Our Father died in 2017, and our Mother in 2021 from covid, which was very hard for all of us. When our Mother Anna died, it hit him the hardest. He then down spiraled, but I had to remind him that's not what Mom would want you to do, and he got back up and had many reasons to live.
Benny was born and raised in Hawthorne, California. When he was a kid, he thought he could become a pro skateboarder and would hang out at all the parks to test his skills. Benny even had me follow him on my rollerblades to video record his skater tricks and moves. He started growing a passion for art during high school and even landed an art scholarship at UCLA. In his younger adult years, Benny had all kinds of different professions like construction, plumbing, and electrician. When he was interested in something, he always gave his 100%. Benny also had a passion for karaoke; talk about not being shy; Benny could sing the craziest but most incredible songs. Benny was very artistic, creative, religious and fun-loving; he loved the beach and the river and was quite the character. He loved to put people before himself and was very giving, with a genuinely kind heart.
My brother became an uncle to my son, born on August 11th, 2022. Benny was super excited to meet him, but unfortunately, he was born a preemie and passed on October 24th, 2022. I just recently had to have a funeral for our baby boy and currently trying to keep up with medical bills from the NICU. Losing my brother on November 24th was so devastating. I would love to give Benny a proper burial but losing two important people back to back is financially difficult for me to do. So I'm here seeking help to provide Benny with an appropriate memorial service to honor his life and lay him to rest. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
