Memorial Statue for Children Who Lost Their Lives

The Women of Wayland would like to commission a statue that would be a memorial to all the children of Wayland who have lost their lives too soon. Sadly, it seems that each year we have lost many kids. This pain has a deep impact on our close community, and we would like to create a place where family and friends can come to remember their lives. This statue will cost a few thousand dollars to create and install which is why we decided to host a Battle of the Bands event and start a GoFundMe account.

The statue will go in Wayland’s Mini-Park which is located in the center of town and will sit on a brick inlay of engraved bricks with names of children. Any extra money we raise will then be donated to the high school in a scholarship fund for a senior.

PLATINUM - Title Sponsor for Memorial $1000 - Title for the memorial includes your own Thank You banner, title sponsor on the event flyers to be handed out in the community as well as posted on many social media outlets, 3 social media posts, multiple call outs at the event, free entry and 10 free voting tickets.

GOLD - $500 - Includes 3 social media posts, sponsor on the event flyer, multiple call outs at the event, free entry, and 10 free voting tickets

SILVER - $250 - Includes 1 social media post, sponsor on the event flyer, a call out at the event, free entry, 5 free voting tickets

BRONZE - $100 -Includes 1 social media post, sponsor on the event flyer, a call out at the event, free entry
