Memorializing Bill Cambra

On September 29th, 2023, we lost a truly legendary man. Bill touched so many people’s lives and he made a lasting impression on everyone he met! I think I can safely say that his charisma and enthusiasm for life and training, would have had anyone wanting to get to know him, in the hopes of learning the secret to his success. But there were no secrets, Bill was just one-of-a-kind.

I know so many of you have stories to share and I will be planning a Celebration of Life in Sacramento so we can gather and share our loving memories of the man and legend that was William Edward Cambra.

Many of you have asked how you can help, and what better way than to give Bill the End of Life Celebration he deserves. I am asking for donations for his celebration and to make his final wishes come true. He asked that his remains be be split between being memorialized into a 45 lbs plate and his remaining ashes be scattered on a cliff over looking the oceans of Australia somewhere he will rest eternal and watch some of the best surfers in the world. If you know Bill, this is kind of a F(@$ you to Australia. He always wanted to visit, but Australia doesn’t allow Convicted felons! These are big asks, but I know so many of you adored Bill and together I hope we can make his wishes come true!
