Memory Cafe's in Goodrington and Peignton

Hello, my name is Sarah,

I will be jumping for JOY on the 24th July 2023. when alongside my sister and brother we will be doing a 10 thousand foot sky dive!

Yes you read that correctly we are going to jump out of a perfectly good plane and decent for 30sec at about 125miles an hour, before the paracutte is deployed ! OMG this could be fun or final :) !

Not wishing to miss an opportunity to do some good with this expereicene, and as I have done fundraiser for 'dementia cafes' in the past this is my chosen cause.

Mental wellbeing is an area of heath that is dear to my heart so I could not miss this opportunity to raise what will be much appreciated funds, along with these cafes profiles locally, and I hope further afield too.

I see these places as incredible community 'safe havens' for individual, their families and loved ones living with all forms of dementia. Helping to combat lonliness and feeling of isolation. Proving a warm welcome, entertainment, smiles and laughter. Bill Carol and Ann-Marie head-up the volunteers at two such cafes in Goodrington and Peigninton, near Torquay Devon. UK.

A sky Dive is NOT something you do everyday, scary or thrilling it is most definatly a unique and for many a one off experience. So, I had a thought that you might like to join me ? Don't panic I am not inviting you to sign up for one!.... but if you like, with your donation and should you make the request , your name will go onto my 'role of honour' and then be safely tucked away on my person so you can enjoy the thrill of the fall too!
