In Loving Memory of Richard Handabaka

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the very unexpected passing of Richard Handabaka on Sunday, August 20th 2023. Rich was a loving father to four children, Charissa, Brittany, Allyson and Aric, and a proud grandfather to six beautiful grandbabies, Dominick, Zachary, Khyrie, Noah, Kinsley, and Cooper. Rich’s family was his entire world, and he was undoubtedly theirs.

The entire Handabaka family is absolutely devastated by their sudden loss of Rich, and along with all of the emotional pain and stress that his death brings, the family also find themselves struggling with the financial burden of such a sudden loss. The children have collectively decided to forego a traditional funeral service and have instead opted for a private cremation, however the cost of the final arrangements is still several thousand dollars.

We would like to help raise some money for Rich’s children to help with the expense of his cremation and a small celebration of life (that he so very much deserves), as well as any other financial responsibilities that they will now need to manage.

While there is nothing that anyone can do to take away the pain and heartbreak that the Handabaka family is experiencing, I am hoping that together we can all help to alleviate as much of their stress as possible through raising these funds for them.
