Men’s Health - Movember - Gathering Place

Hi Everyone,

We are here promoting Men’s Health Month “Movember” (aka No-Shave November)…. 

To promote “Movember” we are asking for a donation that will be going towards The Gathering Place in Beachwood, Ohio.

The Gathering Place is a non-profit that helps support, educate and empower individuals and families currently coping with cancer and the impact in their lives.

Why?  In 2017 I was diagnosed with Testicular  Cancer and The Gathering Place was there for me and my family throughout my journey with Cancer.

How can we promote Mens Health? We have a young men’s lacrosse team that would like to help give back.  They would like to promote mens health and raise awareness for men to have proper mental and physical checks.  In a sport that includes plenty of laughter, comradery, sportsmanship, and of course all sorts of checking… let’s not have a ball down because we didn’t check ourselves…  (insert plenty of jokes here, I’m sure I’ll share more as time permits).
