Mental Elf run to raise money for Mind

Hi I'm Teri, and I'm running a 5k to raise money for Mind. Mental health is a topic I'm passionate about as I have faced struggles with my mental health. I have FND as well as a personality disorder and have non epileptic seizures. It resulted in me losing a lot of the independence and capabilities of doing things I used to. Its important because I want to raise money to prevent or help other people from getting into the dark place i was in.
