Hello, my name is Ricardo Santiago Soto. My platform is Mental Health Advocacy through Arts and Culture.

I am the winner of 80 awards, while suffering from a disability. My goal is to use my art and culture background as a creative outlet example to reverse mental health, while being a role model for people or communities of color/minorities. This is accomplished by attending social events and competitions, while tapping into this winner talent audience.
