Mesa Del Sol Legal NA Fund for Apt. Complex

Hi Neighbors - Funds will be used to pay for legal and other expenses associated with the NA's efforts to obtain a modification to the proposed 318 unit apartment complex located at the University entrance to the subdivision.

The proposal to build a 318, 3 story apartment rental project is inconsistent with the vision of MDS set forth in the City's original approval of our planned community.

Please help support the Neighborhood Associations efforts to examine and challenge the apartment complex to help get the project in alignment with the best interest of MDA and its homeowners.
