Met 1 Condominium - Employee Holiday Fund 2023

Dear Met 1 Owners and Residents,

It is a tradition at Met 1 to establish a Staff Holiday Appreciation Collection Fund that allows Owners and Residents to show their gratitude to the staff. This fund is used to say “thank you” to the Met 1 Team of Associates for all they do for us throughout the year to make living here an enjoyable, and quality experience. Our professional staff – cleaning, maintenance, security, valet, receiving, and administration – all contribute to ensuring the achievement of the high standards the Association expects for the operation and maintenance of the building. As we all know, this has been a challenging year and our staff never wavered in their dedication to our property. Our contributions are a great way to show our heartwarming thanks to our 28-member team.

We kindly ask you make your contribution by no later than December 30, 2023.
