Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer-END OF MY BUCKET LIST
Donation protected
On December 12th I was told by my Doctor that I had advanced stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and that I might expect up to 6 months to live. My fiends, family and other beautiful people have supported and encouraged me in so many ways. It has put me at ease whilst facing my mortality and dealing with my PTSD during such a stressful time with the global Pandemic. I thank everyone with all my heart. It's now been 8 months and 10 days and my love, Kerry, and I have been able to spend my last days together for these final adventures. :) Now, I've just been told that it has Metastasized (Spread) throughout my abdomen and an average survival rate is 6 weeks...I plan and pray to get more than that! We have been able to go camping, sailing, bungee jumping,. even sky diving!! Times of my life!! Now, I just want to travel to Edmonton to say good bye to my family and do a trip to Manitoba to see the fascinating history that was my family's Canadian start from Ireland. This won't be easy,.dare I say possible, with such a possibly shortened time and Chemotherapy starting on Friday. I won't give up trying! I thank everyone who can help in any way at this time. I'll continue to try to make a better difference from where ever I go. ONE LOVE. Any and every bit will help and maybe you could reach out to others? I really don't know alot of people and there's a sense of urgency here that I'm not really being able to wrap my head around.
