Metres for Mental Health
Donation protected
In Australia, it's estimated that 45 per cent of people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. In any one year, around 1 million Australian adults have depression, and over 2 million have anxiety.
We're four best mates tackling the Himalayas in October 2017 to raise money for the Kai Eardly Fund as they continue their fantastic work educating and supporting our youth to create positive change for mental health in the community.
At 5,545 meters above sea level, Everest Base Camp is going to be a great challenge as individuals, and an even greater accomplishment to conquer it together as a group. It is our goal to raise $1 per meter gained to help promote positive conversations, awareness and support to anyone battling with mental health.
