Metta Coffee Cafe needs some TLC from you!

Metta means loving kindness.  Spreading happiness, good health, safety, ease, joy, and connection to others.  We know our community is a beacon for all of these practices and we are fortunate to be part of it and be able to give back soon.  

We have decided to start this go fund me so that our friends, family, and customers have an opportunity to help keep a small local coffee shop cafe in Andover and support our passion for service and quality. 
We are already working hard here at Metta Coffee Cafe to get things up and running again as quickly as possible.  If we are able to raise the funds we need and keep going at the pace we are, we should have the drive thru open by June 1st and in house open by June 15th.  (Fingers crossed.)  
There are a lot of unknowns out there with the crisis at hand, as well as all of the licenses, filing fees,  minor, and major projects that need to be done in the space.  That is why we are looking to our friends, family, and the community for some financial help.
We are very lucky to be starting out with a great space, a lot of (mostly working) equipment, knowledge of the industry, some supplies, and a strong work ethic.  However, the equipment needs some maintenance, the space needs some heavy cleaning, and the industry is making some major changes because of the current crisis.  Due to the required transition processes, we had to toss a lot of food and we lost revenue.  We are hoping that our customers and friends will be willing to help us get our doors open faster.  

We have some fantastic, creative thank you gifts for anyone who donates:

For a donation of any amount, your name, or a name of your choosing will go up on a permanent Daana Board that will always be displayed in our shop.  Daana, pronounced dahna) means to cultivate generosity.

For a donation of $5, you will receive a Metta Coffee Cafe sticker.

For a donation of $25, you will receive a bag of our Metta Coffee House Blend
Or
a virtual punch card for 5 medium beverages of your choice once we open. 

For a donation of $50, you will get your name or name of your choice on our community coffee blend for one month and a bag of that coffee that month. 

For a donation of $75, you can sponsor a dog dish for our patio.  One of our three public dog dishes will have your choice of name printed on it.  You will also get a bag of our new house made doggie treats.

For a donation of $100, you will get to create and name one of our new Monthly Customer Lattes.  You pick the flavors from a list and anything else to make it your own.  Amber will mix one up to see how it tastes and your name & the name of your latte will appear on our big specials board and social media for one month in 2020 or 2021.  (This will have to have final approval by Amanda & Amber)

For a donation of $125, you will receive 6 bags of coffee, one each month for 6 months, your choice of our new coffee blends to be announced as we go.

For a donation of $300, you will get to create and name one of our new permanent  specialty lattes.  You pick the flavors from a list and anything else to make it your own.  Amber will mix one up to see how it tastes and your latte will appear on our menu.  (This will have to have final approval by Amanda & Amber)

For a donation of $1000, you will receive a private catered event at Metta for up to 12 people with a custom menu provided by us.  Appetizers, soup/salad, main course & dessert.  Alcohol cannot be provided by Metta, however we can get a special license for you to bring your own.

There is also the option to make a donation with no return gift and that is greatly appreciated as well.
