The Pickard Family

It is with deepest sorrow we must share the difficult news that our beloved friend, Casey, is with the Lord.

He was released from his sickness-ridden body in the early hours of August 17th and he was immediately with the Saviour who loves him with everlasting love. We ask that you pray for Casey's entire family, grieving this great loss. We ask that you pray, as we seek to reconcile ourselves to that which cannot be reconcilied, this side of Glory. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We grieve, not as those who have no hope. Until the day when we see Casey again. The loss of Casey's knowledge, brilliance, love, servant's heart, and compassion can never be replaced. Godspeed.

Casey and Melissa Pickard are a wonderful couple who have three precious sons. In February 2022, Casey was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Over the past year and a half the Pickards have walked this difficult path with their eyes and hearts focused on the Lord. This fundraiser was created to help pay for medical and living expenses for the Pickard family during this time. Thank you for blessing and praying for them.
