Saco River Wildlife Center Building
Donation protected
Saco River Wildlife Center, a non-profit 501(c)3, founded in December 2017 by Bethany Brown who is a Maine state permitted wildlife rehabber since 2015 with over 10 years experience. The organization was established for the purpose to provide care and rehabilitation to injured, sick, displaced and orphaned wildlife with the end goal of releasing these animals back into the wild.
We are expanding at an intense rate and are in a dire need of a new rehab building to include a quarantine facility within. We cared for an estimated 200 animals of various species to include raccoons, squirrels, skunks, foxes and more. We anticipate to receive over 300 animals for 2018 season.
