Continue the Battle! Help Eric Legler kick cancer.

As many people know cancer has a lifelong impact, but our amazing community rallied to get Eric through this crisis. He is so thankful! We have decided that it is time to close this up, but once again wanted to express our gratitude for all of your support!
Eric had his second surgery last week. Fingers crossed, so far all looks good as he begins to heal. He has lost significant weight and strength, so it will be a long road back, but he has maintained his positive attitude.
He continues to be grateful for everyone's generosity. Thanks to all who have helped him through this overwhelming process.

*Eric had his surgery in NYC two weeks ago. Unfortunately, a new cancerous tumor was discovered. At this time he is still recovering from the initial surgery, but waiting to meet with his doctors to determine what options he can pursue from here.
Your support and prayers are so appreciated! Please continue to share this as he will have to continue to go to Sloan Kettering for treatment and follow up appointments for at least the next couple months.

Many of you may be aware that Eric Legler was diagnosed with, and battled esophageal cancer this past year. If you know Eric, you are familiar with his willingness to help others, his love for his family and his happy-go-lucky smile. He might be your family, friend, neighbor, farrier or nurse.
He thought this fight was behind him, but unfortunately, recent testing showed that the cancer has returned. He has been referred to Sloan Kettering in New York City for further assessment and treatment.
Recently he was expecting to return to full-time employment, but now knows he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future as his treatment begins. While luckily he does have insurance, the complexity of his treatment and travel expenses are going to cause long-term financial stress. Any support you can offer will make a world of difference
As his family, we are asking you to please consider helping if you can do so. We are so incredibly grateful for any and every donation during this difficult time.
